Sugam Hospital kalakad founded in the year 1993, Dec12 with 4 beds Hospital in a rented area in old bus stand by Dr. Adham Sheik Ali. Main objective of this hospital is to give treatment to the poor farmers in and around the kalakad town.

This Hospital is specialized in all kinds of allopathic treatment. The Hospital is run by Director Dr P.Adham Sheik ali with 20 years’ experience in general practice since 1989 with the help of his wife DR. M.Abitha Begum, also as a medical officer, for ladies patient.

Due to his sincere and dedicated service the hospital become popular and shifted to the own area, opposite to new bus stand with 30 beds and all facilities like X-ray/Scan/ECG, laboratory, Pharmacy, Operation theatre etc. With a capacity of up to 45 staff till this date more than 10000 deliveries are done here and 90% are normal. Other facilities such as treatments in other areas are also managed by visiting consultant related gynecologist, laproscopist, surgeon, orthopedics, anesthetist etc.

JUNIOR LAB TECHNICIAN


Responsibility


  •     Carrying out investigation as per the doctor prescription

Responsibility


  •     To monitor bed making.

  •    Ensure medication given in time and recorded.

  •     To monitor whether the equipment are sterile.

  •     Visit patient and enquire for their requirements

  •    Handling of biomedical waste management.

IP NURSE


Responsibility


  •     To Receives the patients admitted and engage in patient’s rooms.

  •    To carry out doctors order regarding to medicines, investigations, dressing and expert opinions.

  •     To inform the doctor about the investigation results, outsourcing, consultant orders, patient condition and complaints.

  •     To carry out the further orders of nursing in charge and doctor.

  •     Proper sterilization of instruments seal for treatments in all the areas.
  •     Periodical checking of medicines for their expiry.

  •     Carrying out preoperative inspection before surgery.
  •     Sending specimen of biopsy test.

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
